Studies show that CBD can help you both fall asleep and stay asleep allowing your brain to recover and your body to rejuvenate during the period of sleep. CBD does not act or work like a sleeping pill, but more like a body regulator to assist your body to deal with the underlying comorbidity that may be causing the sleepless nights, this may be anxiety, pain, stress or nervousness.

It is always best to consult a medical professional before taking CBD, especially if you are already taking medication for sleeplessness and insomnia.
