Step 1 – Open the jar
Step 2 – Spread a small amount of the gel onto the skin of the targeted area.
Step 3 – Massage in, until the gel is no longer visible but the area is well moisturized.
We recommend using the gel 1-2 times per day, preferably on clean, dry skin.
